CenTech Park East
The success of CenTech Park prompted the WBDC to respond to a request for proposals by the Commonwealth to acquire additional land in Shrewsbury, adjacent to CenTech Park. The 69 acre site, which the WBDC currently has under agreement, will allow the continuation of our successful economic development partnership with the Towns of Grafton and Shrewsbury.
CenTech East will accommodate 600,000 square feet of development over 9 parcels ranging from 4 acres to 20 acres. Development will mirror the zoning and uses of CenTech Park and include biotechnology, light manufacturing, research & development, or other related economic development uses.
The first parcel available for sale is a 20 acre parcel with direct access to the new connector road, CenTech Boulevard. 150,000 square feet of development is allowed by right, and all utilities will be available to the site.
