A new, state of the art, 124,000 sq. ft. building will be constructed at 60-68 Prescott Street. WPI’s Bioengineering Institute and other related graduate research programs will occupy approximately 60% of the building. Gateway Park is currently seeking tenants for the additional space in this building. In addition to 60-68 Prescott St., a parking facility which will service 683 cars will be built at Gateway Park. This allows for development consistent with the Gateway Park master plan of 3 additional pad ready sites. These sites can support buildings of 80,000 sq ft, 100,000 sq. ft and 160,000 sq. ft. An additional 1.7 acre parcel, 75 Grove Street, is available for master plan consistent housing development.
